Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

Please note: International shipping times may vary depending on customs delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. For more information, please contact our support team.

5. International Duties and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pocket Soap Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

6. Delays

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or missing, please notify us at info@pocketsoapco.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
